PRICING
Pricing for services is determined based on the scope, complexity, and duration of each engagement. Fees may be negotiated on a per-project basis, hourly basis, or advisory retainer structure as agreed in writing prior to the commencement of services.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due upon receipt. For larger engagements, milestone-based payments may be required. Ongoing advisory services may be billed monthly.
LATE PAYMENTS
Payments not received by the due date may incur a late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance or the maximum amount permitted by law. We reserve the right to suspend services until payment is received.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients may cancel services by providing written notice. If cancellation occurs before work has commenced, payments may be refunded in full. If services have begun, refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed based on work completed.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the advisory nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once services have been delivered. In exceptional circumstances, partial refunds may be issued at our sole discretion based on the portion of services not yet performed.
NO GUARANTEE
We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, returns, or property performance. Market conditions and other external factors are beyond our control.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Infinite Word Press Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
